I'm Steve Rupp
I have literally grown up in residential real estate with my father Jack starting in real estate in 1972. Jack, along with some partners started his own company CENTURY 21 Realty Group I in 1980 and was the owner and principal broker enjoying rapid success as the #1 CENTURY 21 franchise in the world for 11 out of 13 years. Success was modeled early for me by my father and after experience in banking, marketing and sales, I decided to join my father in 1999 and work together as a team.
Jack retired 5 years later and I took over the team and grew it from $3 million/year to almost $25 million/year. I based the business solely on referrals and repeat clients providing raving-fan service to those they served and helping 3-generations of clients.
I am a life-long learner and have earned 18 designations/certifications (one of the most in the world!) in residential real estate, including the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI). I am a consecutive 12-year 5-Star Real Estate Professional, multi-year Angie’s List Super Service Award Winner, and the 2020 REALTOR of The Year for Real Producer Magazine. I have been interviewed in several podcasts and featured in numerous magazine and newspaper articles. I am a Real Estate Academy of Leadership (REAL) Fellow and have served on Grievance Committee and currently serve on Professional Standards Committee as well as a Mediator for my Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS (MIBOR) association. I also represent REALTORS in the REALTOR-builder working group for our association.
I consistently rank in the top one half of 1% of real estate agents in MIBOR and am the top team in my office and top 4 teams in the Ohio Valley Region for Keller Williams. I am known throughout my service area as being one of the most educated, professional, detailed and communicative agents.
I love coaching other agents to be better and learn how to work smarter, not harder.
I have been married to my beautiful wife Brigid for over 20-years and have two amazing daughters, Anastasia who is a sophomore at the Kelly School of Business at IU and Natalia who is a freshman at Westfield High School.
We LOVE to travel, especially to Europe as a family, walk our dog Duke and watch Natalia cheer for Westfield football on Friday nights as well as all over the country with ICE All-Star Cheer.
